He said that the establishing Khairpur Medical College (KMC) will pave the way for the better education and health services to the surrounding area of the district. He said while visiting the Government Elementary College of Education for Women Khairpur, Government Women College Khairpur and also Mehran University College of Engineering & Technology (MUCET) Khairpur.
He said that admission in the KMC will be made on merit basis, 65 per cent for girls while 35 per cent for boys, he hope that passing candidates will utilise their knowledge and skills for the human being. On the occasion, Commissioner Sukkur Division Muhammad Abbas Baloch assured full support of district administration Khairpur. Vice Chancellor LUMHS Professor Dr Mashoor Alam Shah accompanied Project Director LUMHS Engineer Javed Iqbal Memon, Registrar LUMHS Muhammad Saleh Rajar, Dr Shafi Muhammad Jatoi, Dr Abdul Sattar Memon and other officials of LUMHS Jamshoro were presented.
